As owner and broker of Armstrong Properties, Jessica brings a fresh approach to the former company Caperton Properties. Moving from agent to owner, Jessica has acquired volumes of experience in her many years in the real estate business. Her expertise in all phases of real estate transactions, along with her earned management skills from Texas A&M provide solid credentials to operate and manage Armstrong Properties.
Working for Burleson County Title Co. during her college and high school years, Jessica developed a great background and knowledge base needed to work with real property documents and real estate transactions. In addition, her experience on the 2001 State Championship Volleyball team at Caldwell High School brings to the company an atmosphere of teamwork among agents.
At Texas A&M University, Jessica served as Fund Raising Chair of Phi Beta Lambda business fraternity, organizing and implementing the city-wide distribution in Bryan/College Station of 40,000 Verizon phone books involving 250 students. This event was deemed the most efficient fundraiser for the fraternity to date, finishing the project in record time.
A native of the Burleson/Lee county area, current Board Director of the Caldwell Chamber of Commerce, and an annual participant in the Susan G. Komen 3-Day for the Cure breast cancer walk, Jessica is committed to offering the best in real estate services for Burleson and surrounding counties.
