As owner and broker of Armstrong Properties, Jessica brings a fresh approach to the former company Caperton Properties. Moving from agent to owner, Jessica has acquired volumes of experience in her many years in the real estate business. Her expertise in all phases of real estate transactions, along with her earned management skills from Texas A&M provide solid credentials to operate and manage Armstrong Properties.

Working for Burleson County Title Co. during her college and high school years, Jessica developed a great background and knowledge base needed to work with real property documents and real estate transactions. In addition, her experience on the 2001 State Championship Volleyball team at Caldwell High School brings to the company an atmosphere of teamwork among agents.

At Texas A&M University, Jessica served as Fund Raising Chair of Phi Beta Lambda business fraternity, organizing and implementing the city-wide distribution in Bryan/College Station of 40,000 Verizon phone books involving 250 students. This event was deemed the most efficient fundraiser for the fraternity to date, finishing the project in record time.

A native of the Burleson/Lee county area, and current Board Director of the Caldwell Chamber of Commerce, Burleson County Cowboy Church, and an annual participant in the Susan G. Komen 3-Day for the Cure breast cancer walk, Jessica is committed to offering the best in real estate services for Burleson and surrounding counties.

In January of 2006, Coti received a job as an administrative assistant for a real estate company in College Station. Working amongst numerous realtors, it only took a few short months to realize that she truly enjoyed the aspects of the business and decided to enroll at the Austin Institute of Real Estate in Austin, TX. After receiving her license in December 2006, Coti worked as a transaction coordinator and buyer’s agent at Century 21. In her first year as a licensed realtor, she managed and helped close 117 transactions for her team. They received the Top Producer Award for the company and were ranked in the top #10 in South Texas and South Louisiana areas for 2007. It was there that she received a great amount of knowledge, skills, and experience that would help define the way she handles business to this day.

Coti and her husband Josh have three children: Luke, Levi, and Olivia.  Being able to do what you love close to home and family is a true blessing. Her expertise in marketing and advertising, as well as business management, only add to the distinctiveness and professionalism that Armstrong Properties has to offer.
