Melanie Moore

Melanie is a licensed Texas Broker, REALTOR, GRI (Graduate from REALTOR Institute), SRS (Seller Representative Specialist), and RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert). Growing up on a working cattle ranch, outside the small town of Dime Box, Texas, Melanie has always loved the land and appreciated the country atmosphere. Her passion for horses grew throughout her life as she has traveled across the world gaining knowledge and experience in several different Equine programs. After graduating from Texas A&M University in 2013 with a degree in Animal Science, Melanie immediately received her real estate license and has pursued a career in selling farm and ranch land, raw acreage, transitional land, luxury properties,
equestrian estates, and homes on acreage properties for both buyers and sellers. Melanie, her husband Klint, and their 2 daughters live on a cattle ranch outside of Lincoln, TX where she spends her spare time with her family, tending the garden, mowing the grass, feeding
