Shea Whaley is the Marketing Lead at Armstrong Properties, where she focuses on elevating the company's brand and driving results through strategic digital marketing.
Shea was raised in a small town in North Central Iowa, where her family has a show cattle operation. She went on to attend Iowa State University, earning her Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture Communications with a minor in Advertising in May 2025. Growing up, Shea was actively involved in 4-H, FFA, the Iowa Junior Beef Breeds Association, and the American Junior Chianina Association Junior Board. These experiences shaped her passion for marketing, storytelling, and community engagement.
Now living in Caldwell, Shea brings creativity, industry knowledge, and a strong work ethic to the Armstrong Properties team, continuing to grow and strengthen the company's marketing presence.
